Wow! Today, we journeyed into Egypt with Joseph at Vacation Bible School and it was incredible. The coolest thing? A real live camel came to VBS and we all got to meet him and pet him. He had 1 hump and his name is Moses. Mommy hasn't even been that close to a camel. We had a full day of Egyptian fun and most importantly, we met Joseph. We met Joseph at a time when he had been placed into prison, and we learned that even in that dark and sad place, he felt God's hope alive with him, just like God is with us giving us hope when we feel hopeless. Our bible point today was "God Gives Us Hope." and our Memory verse was from Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you, to give you a future and a hope."

Vacation Bible School 2010: The Journey of Joseph from Prison to Palace
