Children's Museum

During the holiday break, we decided to make a fun day out at the Austin Children's Museum.  Making a mess - especially with paint - is a must do activity.  Complete with pose and all!

Christmas College Station Visit

On our way back to Austin, we stopped in College Station for a Christmas visit and trip to the farm.

Lexi's Weigh-in

As all of us have to do, today Lexi had her big weigh in at our family's lumber yard. 

 

A Special Dress for a special girl

For Christmas, my great grandfather (who is 95) had someone make a very special dress for Lexi Jane.  It is so precious and so delicate!  This beautiful dress will be kept in a very special place for Lexi to hand down when she's bigger.

Christmas 2013

It's Christmas and SANTA CAME TO SEE US!  So exciting and we ran down at the crack of dawn to see what he brought each of us. 

Christmas Eve 2013

As we always do, we went to an early Christmas Eve service and sang on stage with Rick Trevino but afterwards, this year we were invited to spend Christmas Eve dinner with our friends, the Beckers.  After frito pies and hot chocolate, we headed home to get ready for Santa.  We put out the reindeer food, cookies for Santa and got all dressed in our matching pjs.  We're so excited we can hardly wait!  Another tradition is that we all sleep in the same room and we snuggled up together in the bunkbeds and went straight to sleep.  Until tomorrow......
