She may be the last but definitely is making her mark.  Our little Lexi Jane started walking - and it marks the fastest among the 4 of us. Nice work, Lexi James!

Trojan Belles Dance Camp - Summer 2014

OMGosh!  I'm finally old enough to be a part of Trojan Belles Camp this summer!  You have to be at least going into Kinder and I finally made it!  It's a whole week of dancing, art, singing and hanging out with the real.live.trojan.belles!  I could just scream!  At the end of the week, we did a super cool performance to a packed auditorium and I think my parents were the proudest of all.  They may have a Belle in their future.

Fashionista Lexi Jane

Not just anyone can pull off a onesie like Lexi Jane.  Sporting her first pony tail and posing like a big girl with Pinkie Bear.  Remember when Pinkie Bear was bigger than her?  Not anymore!

Reinforcement

When Mommy is away, even for a couple of hours, daddy gets a little overwhelmed.  Understandably so because we are a LOT of work!  So, when mommy goes away for 3 whole days what does daddy do?  Why he calls in reinforcement, of course.  Or in our case, he loads us in the truck and takes us to College Station so that Mama, Mimi B and Grandpa Smokey can help entertain us.  We love going to the farm and seeing the cows, tractors and Levi's favorite -the teraplane!

When mommy is away.........

things don't always go well when daddy is in charge.  To start, Levi decided to be superman with the blinds around his neck (thank God he is ok!) and then later on he decided to be a daredevil and cut his head on the table.  Things like this don't happy on mommy's watch.  Good thing she's in Georgia on a girl's weekend and thinks we have it all under control!

First Piggies!

Photo Shoot

When I was little, mommy took pictures of me in different outfits and so she thinks it's fun to do the same with Lexi....in the same outfits.  I think I cooperate a bit more than my baby but here are some 'photo shoot' shots from this morning.

Newks Tennis Camp

Tripp's best buddy is a tennis player and wanted to go to SLEEP AWAY camp at Newks.  Since Tripp is a pro at this due to Camp Eagle, of course he was in!  We got him all packed up for tennis camp and took him to New Braunfels.  They'll be there for a week and will have tennis practice every day mixed in with a bunch of other fun 'camp stuff'.  At the end of the week they get to perform in a talent contest - but so far they're being 'too cool' to enter.  Hope they change their mind because that will be fun to watch.  I'll miss my big brother!

Lexi's 1st Birthday Party

For Lexi's birthday party, we had a few friends over to enjoy BBQ and have fun on the water slide!  Lexi was more interested in crawling around and being held but did enjoy a few wet slides with big brother, Tripp.  I decided she needed to have butterflies so Ms. Teri made her a perfect butterfly cake and smash cake to match. Notice the blue butterflies on the cake?  Well, they didn't last long because Levi kept stealing them and eating them when no one noticed.  Silly brother.
