Tate is 26 months old!

Here are some familiar (daily) phrases heard from our 26 month old these days.....
- Yeah Big Girl: she's very proud of herself whether going on the big girl potty or finishing her juice
-Yook at me!!!: Our little peanut loves to be the center of attention.
- I do it: Can you say independent?
-What that noise?: Where most people bombard their parents with 'Why', we are bombarded with this question.
-How 'bout: when asked what she'd like, she answers with a 'how 'bout'...and thinks on it until giving an answer. Pretty stinkin' cute.
-Yes he do: It's fun to blame Bubba. "Bubba doesn't have your y-y". "Yes he do!"
-Bubba spanky my bahbum: this is heard often always with a guilty looking bubba close behind his tattling sister.
-Bubba not sharing: See above.
-But, mooooooommmmmmmmmm: Hilarious. Picture an almost eye roll with a whole lot of drama attached.
-Be nice, bubba!: See above.
-Poop songs: My boy never really got into the 'potty' songs but my sweet little girl thinks singing about poop and t-t is absolutely hilarious. Nice, Tate. Nice.
- Macaroni Cheese: "what would you like for breakfast? What would you like for lunch? What would you like for dinner?" All receive the same answer.

Tatie has developed so much over just the past few months. She's in full swing communication and talks up a storm. She definitely knows what she wants and knows how to ask for it. She loves school and counts to 16 in English and 10 in Spanish. She knows her colors in English and is working on her colors in Spanish. Miss Connie has been fantatic with the Spanish introduction and she speaks to her mostly in Spanish. Tate understands her and does what she asks - but then again it is Connie and she pretty much does anything Connie says. She's super curious and in the asking why stage. Singing and dancing is a favorite and she says she's a ballerina. If I thought she'd focus more than 5 minutes, I'd put her in a ballet class. How cute would that be? Maybe next year. She's not much of a snuggler like her brother but when she wants to be just super sweet and cute, she will smother you with kisses. I'll take whatever I can get and will cherish each and every one.

Still busy but we're still very much in love with you.

Love, Mommy
