Mommy had to work this afternoon so we enjoyed the great outdoors with daddy. It was a beautiful day here in Austin and here are a few fun pictures daddy was able to get of us 'cruisin' on the motorcycle. Isn't Tatie the cutest biker babe?

Tennis Anyone?
Emmylou and I were supposed to start tennis lessons together a few weeks ago but the weather hasn't really been cooperating. Today was absolutely beautiful and we were so excited that we could actually make our first lesson! Mommy used to work for the famous tennis player, Stan Smith, and he used to ask mommy how she could work for him but know nothing about tennis!? Well, mommy may not know much but I'm going to make Stan proud. Our coach, Ms. Ristine, is awesome and used to play for UT. She was very impressed with our 'natural abilities' and she was able to really keep us engaged for the 45 minutes we were on the court. I think tennis is going to be a lot of fun - especially if we get to celebrate with 'Hey, Cupcake' each time.

My Bubba Not there
Typically, Tate loves sleeping in my bed on the top bunk. Each night, it's a constant battle for mommy to keep her in her room and in her bed. Well, tonight, I spent the night with Emmylou and Tate kept telling mommy 'we need to get Bubba'. Mommy thought she'd love to sleep in my top bunk when I was gone but when mommy told her to go to bed in my bed, she shook her head no and said sadly, 'my Bubba not there'. When mommy went to check on her and tuck her in, she found her in her big girl bed and not mine. My baby sure missed me while I was gone!
Fun with Dinosaurs
Tonight is my sleepover with Emmylou and I'm so excited I can hardly stand it! We packed my bag - along with green pillow and blue bear - and headed over later in the afternoon. Tomorrow is school so Ms. Becca is going to pack my lunch and take me when she takes Emmylou so I won't see mommy until later after cooking class. Did I mention this is my first sleep over? Mommy is trying to be tough so I hope she does ok when I'm not home with her tonight. We went to Emmylou's Grammie's house for dinner and I had some fun playing with the dinosaurs at dinner. Ms. Becca captured this priceless picture to share with mommy. I thought it was pretty cool what the dinos could do!

Slumber Party
Since daddy and Mr. Gary are gone all week for work (at the same sales event), mommy and Ms. Becca decided to 'divide and conquer'. Tonight, Emmylou had a sleep over with us and later in the week, I'm going to go to Emmylou's for a sleep over. After dinner, we had a very large, very bubbly, bubble bath and then got into bed. It was good practice for mommy, too, seeing what life would be like with 3 of us. Mommy could hear us laughing and giggling for hours but we were so cute and having such fun that she couldn't bear to break us up. I can't wait til my next sleep over with Emmylou.
Dell Idol 2011
Daddy had to go to his business sales event in Vegas and will be gone for a whole week. However, we are so proud of daddy because he is being recognized while there as the 'Dell Idol' winner for his segment. Out of all of the people that work at Dell WORLDWIDE, there were only 6 winners total and each was from a different region. While at the event, he accepted his award with the other 5 winners and we couldn't be prouder. Daddy, you are a rockstar and congratulations! We sure love you.

Happy Birthday, Gaby!
Today was the day of birthday parties. After Victoria's party, we headed to the airport to drop daddy off for a flight and then went to Emler for a swim party celebrating Gaby's 4th birthday! I love to swim and had so much fun with Gaby and some other familiar faces. We swam, played in the bounce house, ate lots of yummy snacks (with Chick fil A - always a favorite) and ended the afternoon with MORE cake! We were so tired by the end of the day we were in bed by 6:30pm and sound asleep. Happy Birthday, Gaby! We are so glad to have you as our sweet friend. Make a wish, Gaby!
Check out the cake Ms. Becca made for the party. Mommy's picture really doesn't do it justice - it was awesome!
Happy Birthday, Victoria!
I decided to make up my own costume for the party
Snow White was there too!

Cinderella
Today we helped Victoria celebrate her 4th birthday with a princess party! We all got to dress up and had a fun time complete wtih a special surprise appearance from Cinderella herself! You should have heard all of the little girls (including Tate) gasp when she arrived. Cinderella played games with us, had magic tricks and even did a little face painting. It was so much fun to help Victoria celebrate her big day. Happy birthday to our sweet friend!

Swimming Lessons!
Tate and Miller
Today Tate started her first swimming lessons without mommy in the water with her. Yeah for mommy! She was all set to go in her new tutu swimming suit - which she L.O.V.E.S - but when it was time to actually get in the water, she would have none of it. Finally, after a few promised gummy bears, she got in. Let's hope the next few lessons are productive and worth the money spent.

Monster Jam!
As a surprise, we were all supposed to go to Atlanta this weekend to see my buddy, Mclain, and his family to see the 'Monster Jam' show but that fell through. Not to disappoint, mommy looked online and found out there was a 'Monster Jam' show in San Antonio and so of course we had to go. We loaded up in the car on a very cold and rainy Sunday morning and headed south for our first show. It was awesome (along with being VERY loud) and Gravedigger was our favorite. We can't wait to go again!

Girl or Boy?
Today mommy has her ultrasound.....
Tripp: 'Mommy, are we going to find out if it's a boy or girl today?'
Mommy: 'No. We didn't find out with you or your sister so it's going to be a surprise.'
Tripp: 'Well, I want a brother.'
Mommy: 'Are you going to be ok if it's another sister?'
Tripp: thinking. 'Um. Yes as long as it's not another tornado.'
Mommy: 'And if it is another tornado, what will you do?'
Tripp: 'I'll just put her in a box.'
Easy as that.

New Addition
Since daddy is in Dallas for the Cotton Bowl, we decided to head to Tomball for the weekend. Conveniently, there happened to be a antique auction in Houston so mommy and Aunt Bunny decided to go. Expect more trips to Houston in the coming months because mommy had way too much fun at the auction. Check out some of our new additions!

Cotton Bowl Bound Aggies!
Our Gig 'Em Aggies play the LSU Tigers this evening at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas, TX! Gramps and Uncle Rob both went to LSU and although we love them dearly, let's hope our Aggies turn their tigers into kittens.

The morning after.....
Eden and her parents spent the night with us and as expected, although the adults were sleeping soundly, we were all up at the crack of dawn. While the others slept, mommy started the new year off right by making us our favorite - cinnamon french toast. We had a fun morning with our friend, Eden, and it was a great start to the new year.
