Father Daughter Dance

Daddy and I were invited by Kate and her daddy to go to the Father Daughter dance at Riverbend this year.  I always love special dates with my daddy and so I jumped at the chance!  We had the best time together and I sure love my daddy with all of my heart.  While we were away, mommy and Tripp had a mother son date at Dave and Busters.  Jack and Kate's mommy joined them and although they had a good time, it was no where near as fun or special as my night was.  Thank you, daddy, for loving me so very much! 

 

 

 

Lunch Bunch

There are no words with this crew.  Beautiful day and perfect for a lunch date with one of my favorite people and his friends at school.

Stew head

Since it's so cold, mommy decided to make one of our favorites - stew!  Levi of course wanted to help and as mommy had the crockpot bowl soaking with dirty, stewy water, Levi decided it would be the perfect time and location for a head shower and mommy walked into the kitchen with Levi's head submerged in the leftover mess.  Oh Levi......Dennis the Menace x 2 for sure!

The Obligitory Bucket Pictures

Just a few days ago, we had snow.  But, mom has to have the bucket pictures for all of us at 6 months old so out we went to snap a few of Lexi Jane.  This bucket has been through quite a few babies but it'll be fun some day to look back and see just how small we were!

 

 

 

 

Tripp's Basketball

Tripp's game sure has made progress every since dad started PAYING him for each basket, rebound, assist, you name it.  It's been fun watching him hustle and seeing his progress from week to week!  Like the team's sponsor???   Go, Bubba, Go!

Lexi's First Food

Not sure it was a huge success but Lexi had her first real foods today.  Go Lexi!  Such a big girl and I know as time goes on, you'll LOVE all of the foods we'll plan to sneak to you. 

 

 

  

 

  

  

 

WGT

WE GOT THIS!  Our friend's dad is going through something really serious and the whole community has been rallying around him to show our support.  It's called WGT or 'We Got This'!  We all have been sending picture notes to him and they have WGT bracelets to wear.  Mr. Clayton is tough and we know he'll pull through. While he's fighting, we wanted to show our support as well!

Snow Day!!

It doesn't snow often in Austin but when it does, we sure make the most of it!  More often than not, we have ice days but it still closes down the whole city.  We tried to make a snowman but I think we'll need a little more snow before we have Frosty visit us anytime soon.  We did manage to get daddy with a few snowballs, which may have been the most fun of all.

 

 

 

 

Globetrotters

Globetrotters are in town and we decided to go check out the action.  Mommy used to go when she was little and said it was super fun, and we have to agree.  Afterwards, we even got basketballs and had each of the team sign them.  Next year, we're going to bring our basketball team along as well!
