Texas A&M Pee Wee Golf Camp

Texas A&M hosts a pee wee golf camp each summer at the Traditions Golf Club and so Tripp and JP signed up.  Mommy and Ms. Dana packed us all up for a 3 day adventure in College Station.  We had a great little place next to the pool so that while the boys were polishing their golf skills, we could polish up our laying by the pool and swimming skills.  I really wanted to play too but am too young.  I can't wait to have my own pink golf shoes and pink golf bag/clubs like the other little girls out on the course.  It was a great week and we can't wait to go back next year!

Princess camp

One of my favorite weeks of the whole year.......PRINCESS CAMP!!  We dress like princesses, we sing like princesses, we dance like princesses and truth be told, we are princesses.  My ballet school has princess camp each summer and I always look forward to it.  My friends are in there with me and at the end of the week, we put on a show for our parents with a mixture of dance, gymnastics and cheerleading and then we show them all of our artwork from the week as well.  I wish it were princess camps.....or princess months!

Tate-ism

Mommy: You're going to have so much fun when school starts! You're now big enough to do cooking class, Just Imagine or Sportball.

Tate: I'm not doing sports. No way! Well, maybe I will if I have a sweetie-pie pad. I don't want a ball to hit my sweetie-pie because that will hurt!

Good bye, Seaside!

Thank you, Seaside, for a wonderful vacation with beautiful weather, amazing beach front, WHITE sands and great friends.  We've enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back again soon.

Last night in Seaside

Tonight is our last night in Seaside.  Uncle Jason and soon to be Aunt Cristy don't live far so they came in to spend some time with us.  It was a nice treat to see them!  We went back into town for dinner and a little souvenir shopping before finishing the evening at our new favorite ice cream shop.  We sure have had a great time with our friends the Kenners and can't wait for more annual trips to come.

Tate and the River Monsters

Mommy, I'm not going into the ocean.  What if a river monster swims in my sweetie pie and gets me?  Remember that happened on River Monsters?  (Editor's note:  in the Amazon).  Uh uh, no way I'm not going in there.  

Surf Lessons

Ms. Kari grew up on the water and can surf so she gave us all surfing lessons.   It was much easier in the house than on actual water though so we gave up pretty quickly. 

** on a side note, Mclain and his parents ended up in the ER most of last night.  Come to find out, poor Mclain had an ear infection and pneumonia!

An Evening in Seaside

If you've never been to Seaside, YOU MUST GO!  It's beautiful and picturesque beyond belief.  The weather is great, the little stores are quaint and the seafood is yum, yum, yum.
